At 175mph Vapes Delivery, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for every order.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is processed, picked, and packed, it is assigned to a delivery driver. Our dispatch team will then contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Please note: The team member who prepares your order may not be the same person who delivers it.

🔞 Age Verification Policy

To place an order, customers must:

• Provide full legal name, address, and date of birth

• Upload a valid, non-expired government-issued I.D.

Your information is securely verified through a third-party system to confirm you are 21 years of age or older.

We do not deliver without proper age verification.

🏢 Apartments & Gated Communities

To avoid delays:

• Provide gate codes in the checkout notes

• Ensure access to your building or front door

• Be available or have an adult present to receive the order

Deliveries cannot be completed without proper access or valid ID.

⏳ If You’re Unavailable

If you’re unable to receive your delivery:

• Contact the driver as soon as possible

• Arrange a new time if needed

🚨 Important:
Orders cannot be left at doors, mailboxes, or designated areas.

All nicotine orders require:
✔ Valid I.D. verification
✔ Signature from someone 21+

Failure to be available may result in order cancellation.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Drivers may attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• You will receive a call or text before arrival

• If unsuccessful, instructions will be provided to reschedule delivery

Driver Unable to Locate You
If the driver cannot find your location, they will attempt to contact you via call or text.

• Orders cannot be left unattended

• Orders containing nicotine require in-person delivery

If the customer cannot be reached after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled.

❌ Order Cancellation & Restocking Fee

We understand plans change, and we do our best to accommodate cancellations.

• Orders canceled after processing or during delivery may incur a $2 restocking fee

• Orders may be canceled free of charge if done quickly before processing begins

• Once an order is in progress, cancellation is not guaranteed without a fee
