Delivery Service Information

After the items in your order have been processed, picked and packed, it will be assigned to a driver and dispatch will reach out to customer with a delivery time.

In some cases, the person who picks your order may not be the one who delivers it.

Driver can’t find your location

If the delivery driver can’t find your location, they’ll try to get in touch with you via text message or phone call before taking further action. Drivers are unable to leave an order unattended. Orders containing nicotine can never be left unattended.

When a customer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period of time, the order may be cancelled.

.Unavailable to receive delivery

In the case that you can’t be there to receive your delivery in person, we recommend first letting the driver know by sending a message or call. Driver cannot leave the order unattended in a designated spot.

Please note: orders containing nicotine requires the I.D. and/or signature of someone 21 or older and cannot be left unattended.

When a customer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period of time, the order may be cancelled.

Age Policy

To place an order, users must provide the full legal name, permanent address and date of birth. The purchaser must upload a non-expired government-issued I.D. for human verification. You will be asked to upload a photo of your identification clearly showing your age, name, and delivery address.

This information is automatically verified by a third-party software and cross-referenced with public records to confirm that the purchaser is at least 21 years of age.

Attempted Deliveries

Carriers may attempt to deliver your package at your address or your business address up to 3 times. Before deliveries carriers will call/text you in advance. After the attempted deliveries, you may receive a note on your door to re-schedule another delivery attempt and more information on how to retrieve your package.

Gated Community or Apartments

If you are located in a gated community, we recommend you contact us before your order is delivered or the delivery driver with any temporary gate access if any. Make sure to include access code in “specials notes” section on the checkout page.

Also making yourself visible upon delivery. For apartments, please make sure the delivery driver is able to properly access your front-door or an adult at the lobby is able to sign for the package.

We are unable to complete delivery of packages without Adult Valid Identification!

Order Cancellation and Restocking Fee

All orders that are canceled during order processing time and/or during delivery time by customer/s, will be charged a $2 restocking fee.

You may cancel an order minutes after it is placed but once orders are accepted there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it without applying a restock fee.

We do have a limited window of time where we may be able to cancel orders before they have begun processing with our pick and packing department and can be canceled for free.
