Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Policy, also known as Final Sale Policy, is a rule implemented by 175mph Vapes that prohibits the return and exchange of products once sold unless the item is found to be defective or develops a fault within its warranty time period and/or upon delivery.

175mph Vapes understands the devices being sold and we will confirm expectations and operation of devices are met upon delivery.

Exchanges are not permitted. If you would like to exchange an item, you must communicate with the delivery driver on site only during your scheduled/booking time.

All items being exchanged must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. Once the delivery driver receives your return, he will notify you at that moment whether the exchange can be approved. Take in account the driver must have extra product in stock or on hand in order to make exchange.
